Delivery for Shortfundly Rent
Scope
This policy applies to www.rent.shortfundly.com operated by SM Smartygen Media Networks Private Limited (“Shortfundly”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Shortfundly Rent is a space rental marketplace. Bookings are for access to spaces listed by Hosts—not for shipment of physical goods as a default product.
Physical shipping
Physical shipping is generally not applicable to standard space rental bookings on Shortfundly Rent. You receive confirmation of your booking digitally (for example by email or in your account), and you access the booked space according to the Host's listing terms.
Booking confirmation
- After successful payment authorization, booking details are available in your account and may also be sent by email.
- Ensure your email address is accurate and that messages from support@shortfundly.com are not blocked.
- If payment succeeds but your booking does not appear after a reasonable time, contact support@shortfundly.com with your payment or booking reference.
