The Site provides a platform to connect property owners (“Hosts”) and renters (“Users”) for the booking of studios, venues, and other rental spaces. By using these Rental Services, you agree to the following:

Users must be at least 18 years old to book or list rental spaces.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, descriptions, and availability.

All payments must be made through the Site's secure payment system. Direct payments outside the platform are strictly prohibited.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by Host and are displayed at the time of booking.

Users must respect the property, comply with local laws, and return spaces in their original condition. Damages may result in liability.

shortfundly acts only as a facilitator and is not the owner or manager of listed properties. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of rental spaces.

User Content

shortfundly may display information, photos, or descriptions you provide for films or rental spaces. You warrant that your content does not infringe any rights of third parties. By submitting content, you grant shortfundly a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and display it on the Site.
